EDUCATION FOR NATION !

There was a time when elementary education was essential for all because the basic education was compulsory and mandatory to be free. The reason was simple, as the education system wanted to join all towards this journey of growth and development, thus the education at this level was free. The main goal was to work and make country progress thus giving a support to work for nation building. Working each day, education aims to protect and guide citizens from corruption and social evils. Teachers play a major role as nation builders through their love and sacriifices. They show right path thus shaping our personality and moulding our character to reach the goal of destined path. 

The greater literacy rate results in GDP of country to grow faster. The output can be increased and also lead to economic growth with raise in productivity and creativity. This also stiphenes technological breakthroughs. The educational growth help to create problem solvers thus helping to develop and train young minds. 

According to the national analysis data, the GDP currently is much lower than the decided budget for eduction in India. It is approximately 6% less than that set out in the National Education Policy 2020 (NEP-2020). The total annual education expenditure has been around 10% of total government spends across all sectors which dropped to below 10% since 2020-2021.  

Education provides all the skills and qualifications that are valued by employers and society, thus securing employment and adding a raise to earnings. Education teaches us integrity of respecting and adapting to follow different culture, festival and building a foundation for a clubbed cultural heritage and social diversity thus transcendifng from mere social and cultural rigidity. The flexibility of acquiring a shared culture and representing it on a mass global scale help promoting national integration and developing a feeling of national identity rather identifying ourselves form particular state or region. 

Education paves way to reach major goals with thoughts towards various national aspects and focus on development on global scale. 

The work done by us is for the country for nation building. As a guide, mentor, teacher and parents it is prior for us to teach the next generation that we need to denote ourselves from which country we belong to and work responsibly and maturely towards it success. 

Our education should teach us how to think and thus solve problems. Our education is always necessary factor for country's growth and development b eing a reason for its rise in GDP thus scaling our country in developed country rather than a religion based country or developing country. The economy is always entrusted upon how well educated people are able to earn and the less educated ones are also skilled to work rather than sitting idle unemployed. 

Pledge to yourself to move forward to guide all students, children, people young and small to become educated and not merely be a social media worm staying away from books and actual facts and reasons.

Be humble to motivate!

Life can be rewarding for some while it is actually very difficult for many but it all depends on our hard work and how we keep oursleves motivated in the journey of life and education to build a career and platform of success. It all depends on how we carry our lifestyle habits and daily work clubbed with dedication, consistency and endless efforts. It so happens that we get disheartned by what the result may show us to be. It is this time when we actually need someone to motivate us and gear up our energy to continue our journey of life or work. 

FOCUS ON REWARDS 

Always focus towards the reward you may think of which can even result up beyond your expectations. If you keep focussing on the struggles only then it would become too hard to concentrate on what is waiting for you on your  journey towards life long growth and development. 

SET ONE GOAL

Your goal towards which you need to work currently should be very clear and fixed. Wavering and vague ideas of multiple targets can only waste time and ruin your concentartion towards certain tasks thus hindering your success journey.

TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY

You are accountable for whatever you do. The day you start taking responsiblity of whatever action you have taken and stop depending on what others said or will say or even who will help, you will become strong in decision making and thus become a problem solver. This demands proper and analysed view to give statements accordingly. 

RESEARCH YOURSELF 

It is always suggested not to get carried away by what others thinks or what others say. You should develop interest to study new ideas, refer journals, read books, carry a research work of your own to develop habit of investigation, a habit of reading and not just carried of by vague rumours or myths spread around.

CELEBRATE AND REWARD YOURSELF

Never demotivate yourself over small wins rather encourage yourself that if you can do this then you can also win big rewards.

Small wins help you gather courage and fuel up your spirit to work even better for growth. It helps you to develop self confidence.

YOUR SUCCESS IS INSPIRATION FOR MY GROWTH MINDSET !

It is nowadays too hard to ignore a lot of things and manage only things which help us grow ourselves. It is hard work and dedication that builds our forward proceedings rather than getting turned off by the unimportant things in life. 

Setbacks are temporary tghings which should matter most for a very long time. It is a matter to know then how can we revive ourselves from setbacks? Learn from the mistakes which you mistook for being smart to opt for or behaving an emotional person got you get hurt deeply. 

The next efforts which you need to make should the best of the ones that you took previously. Practising the same will help you come out of the problems you must have faced earlier and thus help you grow posiitvity towards the action you will take for yourself for your growth with a growing mindset. You should make consistent efforts and keep trying agian to achieve the next step rather than stopping youselves with setbacks being a vague reason.  

A person might be born intelligent but no work and a negative outlook might land him into nowhere towards success or growth. Believing in yourself, dedication and hard work with push you on the path of growth and success. Hard work is the starting point of growth rather than being merely considering intelligence to work alone. 

I may not know a work to be done in a certain manner but my growth mindset towards the same may give it a direction to fly high. I may find it hard but instead i should think thta I will get better towards it if I try consistently. Instead of giving up I should try a different approach. A changed approach also breaks monotony as well as highlights new findings, change for betterment and collaboration with new methods and technology. I maybe forgetting some things which would help me gain success and devbelop a growth mindset so lets start exploring instead of just accepting things to be just a fail. Its is not the failure of result but the failure of practice, hardwork and positive outlook towrads work and constant effeorts when you don't get the desired result.  

There may be collective challenges in a person's life which may or may not be easy to face or solve. It should be converted to opportunities rather than viewing challenges like walls built as obstacle in our way. Viewing challenges as opportunities is better decision to be opted rather than running from them. It provides strength for good decision making and constructive building along with prroblem solving abilities. You must have heard that journey is important and beautiful than the destination which clearly means that the process of working is more important rather than the final result. The result can be soothing like we have always wanted or it may be harsh than we wouldn't have even imagined.  This explains that we need to work but also take other's growth and success as inspiration. Other's success shouldn't be taken as part of negative frame. Let us all enculcate positivity and develop a gowth mindset for our well-being.

EDUCATION IS NOWHERE TO BE SEEN !

Once Nelson Mandela said, "education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world".

Now that the world has changed, education is nowhere to be seen. Its all monopoly and narcissism that is spread around. A conceited love for oneself and merely populous social media. 

Education promotes equity and equal opportunities for everyone rather than proving that men and women are equal to conduct a task. Education promotes development of morale, values and not merely to boast or advertise them.

Someone with lots of degrees and multi-lingual abilities once approached me to state about his educational level being too high. I literally wondered that me with a few degrees and some moral values, do I even stand to contest for being educated? 

What according to you is education? 

1. Multiple degrees with no moral values?
2. Loads of experience with lesser degrees?
3. Basic education with humanity and patience?
4. Ethical way of handling situations and keeping the point of contest?

 My opinion would state that an educated person is the one who thinks before they leap. An educated person knows when and what to speak. An educated person keeps his point without verbal abuse. An educated person knows the limit to speak rather prefer speaking over hurting with harsh words. 

A person with multiple degrees or qualifications is merely literate if he doesn't know emotional and verbal execution. 

I would love to let go a fight rather than spilling the beans or create an issue. A fight can be fruitful only at a debate competition or in the court. 

A person might earn in lakhs or crores even in month but can never be educated if lacks humanity, discipline, and sense of approach. 

LET US ALL BE EDUCATED AND NOT MERELY BEING ONLY LITERATES !

Give Your Emotions Air to Breathe !

 

The other day I was going through many things in my mind and ultimately landed up being upset and sick. My mind demanded emotional space and air to breathe. Does that mean I wanted a mask on my face with a cylinder full of compressed air at the point where I am already full with loads of compressed feelings? My emotions paved out way to fall from my eyes and flow like a river through the hills of my face and just vanish off at some point.

The emotional imbalance often tends to make us weak, mulish and vulnerable. If these emotions keeps upon stacking inside us for a very long time, then yes, its devastating. The emotions gets hampered and impinged by the harsh reality of people around us though, we might be smiling at each other but somewhere injuring the inner core. 

The emotions tend to go bare knuckle boxing with bizarre thoughts, illegitimate verbal expressions, actions and incompatible gestures. This produces antagonist actions, adversary effects and anxiety: thus stemming up set of tactics, redundant questionnaires, bafflement and anguish. All of these ultimately  pave on way for insomnia, headaches, apatite loss and eventually making you feel detached with no care or concern conferred by anyone. This mounts to choke your emotions a level of facing emotional stress, mental trauma and no place left for healthy emotional exhibition. This leads to emphysematous panting of emotions. 

All of these could have been reversed by abundant verbal conversations, emotional backup and legitimate gestures stuffed with natural solicitude and heedfulness. The person would be free to let go the gloomy notion thus neutralizing the inner feelings rooting to genesis of optimistic outlook and behavior. Let us understand the importance of emotional care and psychological healing. Become an air bag for someone who really needs your care and support rather making someone feel exhausted and choked up. It's because we all need air to breathe and emotions need them too. So from now onwards give air to your emotions and let yourself breathe freely.

WISDOM WITH BRAINSTORMING !

Wisdom is always been confused with being intelligent or hard work or at times merely being literate. Does literacy define how well you are trained for life challenges or can face hurdles? Does wisdom define your manners ? Do you really consider wisdom with knowledge ? Well, there are many questions, ideas, opinions and even options which come to our mind when we talk about wisdom.

 

Brainstorming sets an activation of ideas and opinions which are new, creative and becomes light to path towards wisdom. This light helps to solve problems. Our mind is a complex box with multiple ideas, developing actions and source to map up heavy content to smaller yet confined groups.  Building roads towards success by getting pass through social inhibitions and restrictions using creative blocks to raise each step. 

A child might not be interested in one or other fields available around. The process of developing interest of child in particular field of interest or disinterest needs brainstorming activities and discussions to create an area of interest with ample options and ideas for better performance.

 This interest development creates space for critical thinking. This critical thinking guides way for problem solving capabilities and controls situations from spilling out beans. 

 People have been using traditional method of brainstorming but now the need of the hour counts for advanced brainstorming for understanding and carrying better process with new methods and techniques using technology. This can seems soothing to work upon, collects face value and work value and even make up demand for more but it at times limits human efficiency and makes us completely dependent on machines and systems to help us with our task. The traditional brainstorming activities inculcates habit of thinking out of the box using manual force but the advanced brainstorming activities and provocations builds room for extra time, impressive content and completes the need of the hour. 

This in today's scenario can be well understood by the fact that people use applications like ChatGPT, Google Gemini (Bard), Chatbot, Copilot, Jasper AI, Claude and many more definitely provide ample, accurate and satisfying solutions and responses for all our files, projects, questionnaires or workbooks for students and professionals to enjoy smooth conduct but thereby affecting our natural, wide and critical thinking and working capacities. 

Its time you capture healthy provocations and grab yourself space for loads of critical thinking and decision making for healthy problem solving capabilities and not merely depending upon AI for each and every purpose.

SELF INTROSPECTION : A Path towards Peace and Divinity.

 

We are always opinionated to what we say and ignore what others around might be telling us to know or learn. Yes, it is important to give credit to what we do, what we know, what we like, what we want to tell but this doesn't signify anywhere that we should be careless about what is actually right and what is actually right. 

A righteous path is more important than the way we like better. It is important to know what is inside us and this builds us inside out. We can never be everyone's favorite but yes our deeds might build our character and divine personality. We should always at the end of the day toggle our inner self with what we did and how did it effect the different people around. We should self introspect. Did I hurt someone more ? Did I comfort someone ? Did I do some good to others ? Did my act hurt more or soothed others? Did I do right ? 

The ultimate goal of self introspection is doing what is right. 

If the answer to your questions reveal that whatever  you did is what you like then this surely explains that you should not agree with yourself all the time and rather start introspecting your inner self and raise your inner voice to tell, except and ultimately do what is right and not that which you merely agree to do so. 

I always want to build a character in me and people around. The only thing that disturbs is, people don't stay loyal to what they say versus what they do. They lack self introspection. It is ultimate bliss to know what you have done with emotional build up with others rather being opinionated. The bond of loyalty with self is supreme. The bond with self strengthens our character and builds divinity in the eyes of others along with self confidence. This confidence develops an environment of happiness and give peace to us from within for a graceful life ending.

PESSIMISM : An Eclipse on Human Actions

 

Negative thoughts often ponder over us and infect our mind with lot of unhealthy thoughts and thus hinder positive actions which would have otherwise been taken by us. An experimental theory of pessimistic eclipse can be conducted over how hardly the negative thoughts hinder on the path of goodness and well-being. 

Why do we state the negative thoughts as an eclipse? The eclipse is known to block the brightness of the sun and thus form a  shadow over another planet, similarly the negative thoughts if given space in our mind forms a shadow of  darkness, negativity, hopelessness and insecurities on the human psychology and hampers the positive thinking attitude thus affecting the strengths of human body and mind. At times it is very short interval process of gathering negative thoughts and disturbing our mind but it leaves with long term relativity clashes and produce differences in between people and their relations. 

Taking care of a child needs proper attention and care; but if suddenly one of the parent doesn't encourage positivity or become reluctant instead, then a negative environment develops around the child. Failures should be accepted with confidence to build the next action in better form. A negative space between any two people or actions or behavior only results in negative eclipse of dark surroundings.

RICH PERSONALITY IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN ACTUALLY BEING RICH !

We all study, we all give exams and we all more or less pass it, but does this prove education is set forever in your personality? 

Nope ! Education needs set of objectives to be valued and taken care of. These objectives motivate us to build dedication towards a planned structure to be followed in the direction of the goals we need to achieve. The vision set in our eyes for a better tomorrow begins with these objectives of education. The educational objectives maybe unidirectional or a multi-directional task for many. 

The unidirectional person is directed towards following a single lane towards the aim set for his personality and societal status. Such a child or person is passionate about the work in which his interest lies. The one with multidirectional approach of educational objectives builds a mind map of various opportunities clouded over him with ambitious approach of working. 

These objectives help us gain experience in the field of planned objectives. The unidirectional approach usually works wonders while dealing with professional educational programs and training. It bench marks us with a prefix along with our name. A person dedicated towards being a teacher will definitely study the basics and advance studies for educational build up to guide, become a mentor and gather life discipline to inculcate the same in the one they guide in future. They follow to teach. Similarly the one who wants to become engineer will definitely clear all hurdles of coaching, marking schemes, entrance exams particularly established and designed for becoming a professional in the engineering field. The unidirectional approach is important for becoming an expert and specialist in a particular field. Following a multidirectional approach also opens opportunities for those who get to gear up with whatever multiple options they select, perform and become a multi tasking professional. The prolong efforts, dedications towards works and consistency for a high profile status, respect and wearing a white collar, results in gaining experience in that task and thus help in achieving the educational goals and become a visionary.

These educational objectives leading to ample experience and reaching the goals planned, lays a path towards the destined personality. A rich personality is important than actually being rich. 

Collecting multiple degrees doesn't prove you educated rather a good personality, way of displaying your emotions and words make you educated. Multiple marksheets and degrees only prove literacy rate and strata of people around and not the educational status of people in actual. 

Its time you build you personality today and become impressive for others.

I AM EXPECTED TO SMILE !

" Oh! she went on just like that and didn't smile back. Maybe she has lot of attitude." 

A very commonly quoted saying for all those going through multiple emotions at a go. The psychology of a girl, women, child, adolescent, always keeps wavering around and carries most timid form of emotions. The teenage often tackles emotional setback very often due to lack of consistency in performance, peer circle, dress code, financial changes, physical appearance, changes in life priorities.

 It is a very harsh way of self assuming and judging around others in our own way. One might be going through a traumatic family quarrel but still smiling to hide the pain behind his face. Some lady might have had a nice fight with her in-laws. A man must have just lost his job and struggling with card bills to pay. Someone else might be worried to pay the fees of their children timely and completely. 

Every person is going through things which are different from others. So the next time you find someone who is not smiling today might be facing issues. Instead of nagging then around for not smiling back just hold their hand close or just give a hug and ask, "is everything ok? Are you alright?"

Believe me you will the one who is most desired by that person from that moment onwards and the immense satisfaction you will go through by sharing pain of the person in front will take you to the seventh sky. A grump is not always for you. It might be for the situation a person must be presently going through and unable to come out of it. Try being their support and not judging them for not smiling back.
