The power lies behind your motivating words that are stronger than any bridge of metal or concrete.

When you motivate any person a certain sort of positive energy is produced in that person. This also fills the gap between you and the person with positive energy.

The motivated person develops stairs of curiosity towards completion of a task. Thus it is important to motivate others for the growth of curios attitude towards work and gathering energy for efficient work.

3. GOAL CENTRISM
The development of goal centric behaviour is as important as developing curiosity inside you to work better. Goal oriented attitude develops a form of control on self and ultimately controls display of emotions and a well built psychology.

The utmost pleasure is attained by personal satisfaction of needs thus reaching out to relaxed fulfillment.

"  Oh! she went on just like that and didn't smile back. Maybe she has lot of attitude."  A very commonly quoted saying for all those going through multiple emotions at a go. The psychology of a girl, women, child, adolescent, always keeps wavering around and carries most timid form of emotions. The teenage often tackles emotional setback very often due to lack of consistency in performance, peer circle, dress code, financial changes, physical appearance, changes in life priorities.  It is a very harsh way of self assuming and judging around others in our own way.
